Although some homes have additional local ordinances, we request that all of our guests follow the policies below to keep people and the home safe:
- Please behave as you would in any home in which you live with respect for property and neighbors.
- Unless we approve otherwise, as the guest booking the property, you must be over the age of 21.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are outside of 30 days, only 20% of the total will be required to hold the rental you have selected. The remaining 80% will be due 30 days before your check-in date. If you are within 30 days, full payment will be due at the time of booking.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We highly recommend travel protection as it covers things like missed flights, sickness (including COVID-19), lost baggage, job loss, weather, and travel delays.
Here is a resource that describes vacation rental travel protection for renters. You will find details on what is covered as well as to obtain an accurate quote for your trip.
FEES
The Property Damage Protection fee protects our guests against unintended damage done to the property. This is not insurance, and the Property Damage Protection does not apply to intentional damage done by you or your guests, excessive wear and tear due to parties, smoking, pets or otherwise, additional cleaning charges due to stains or spills, fines incurred by the police or HOA due to noise, excessive trash, parking, or damage beyond either $1,000, $3,000 or $5,000.
If you would like to opt-out of purchasing the Property Damage Protection for your stay, you can do this by providing us with a security deposit of $1,000, $3,000, $5,000, or greater depending on the home at the time of booking. Any damage or fines not covered by the Property Damage Protection or above the amount of any security deposit can be charged to the guest (and the guest’s card on file.)
